  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal of your content was due to an error or misidentification.
  • A statement in which you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court, or if outside the United States, to any judicial district in which our platform is located.
  • A declaration that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original notice or their authorized agent.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, it will be forwarded to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored to our platform.

Consequences of Misuse

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notifications is a violation of the law and may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Abuse of this process may also result in suspension or termination of your account on our platform.
